How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, we’ll send you an email to your provided email address containing the tracking number.


What are my delivery options?

A: We ship locally in Singapore. Delivery fee for orders below $50 is $5. Local orders containing fridge items are delivered by our in-house driver. For international orders, please email us at support@amber-labsrx.com


What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, between 10.00 am and 5.30 pm.


Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do. For international orders, please email us at support@amber-labsrx.com to place an order.


What is your return policy?

A: All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable with the exception of goods received that are incorrect or defective.

Should a product ordered from our website reach you damaged or defective, please email us at support@amber-labsrx with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will review the matter from your background information. Any such item may only be eligible for review and remedy if we receive your notification within 7 days from the date you received the product.
